Art Journaling is a creative well-being tool where you have a visual conversation with yourself.

WELCOME from me Deborah, I am a professional artist who has been helping others through Core Art Journaling which is a creative well-being mixed media practice helping the community and environment in a real way; specifically enabling social change for mental health and wellbeing for adults and teenagers.

Each project is tailored to the community and environment in which it takes place. When we art journal we are giving ourselves a safe space to be authentic and in the process to reflect on how we really feel. Art journals are where we safely put our internal selves onto the page allowing honesty and freedom to release emotions.

We use instinct, connection and mixed media to process thoughts, feelings and express ourselves and experiences through our journals.

My practice enables you a safe space for self care, discovery and enjoying the self-empowerment of visually connecting and helping your self-development. There are no rules and you don’t need any prior art experience to benefit from art journaling.
